去年跌倒首露面 李登輝：唯一支持蔡總統
生活用品高齡98歲的前總統李登輝今(19日)表示，民主台灣是我們的驕傲，他懇請唯一支持總統蔡英文成功連任，在第2任期間，邀集朝野對話，啟動憲政改革工程，幫助台灣「脫古改新」，創造華人世界民主政治的新典範。
李登輝晚間出席李登輝基金會2019年募款餐會，他雖坐著輪椅但精神不錯，並逐桌向與會者握手致意，停留約20分鐘後離開，久未露面的李登輝一現身會場，媒體、支持者拿起相機、手機閃光燈閃不停。
李登輝基金會副董事長李安妮代表李登輝以「民主台灣―是我們的驕傲」為題宣讀致詞稿，李登輝表示，去年年底縣市長選舉，因在野黨獲得空前大勝利，促使北京當局作出錯誤判斷，以為台灣民心已經向中共政權傾斜靠攏，所以片面逕自提出「一國兩制台灣方案」，試圖逼政府回應。
李登輝以周遭東亞地區為例表示，這類民粹型的領導人都是為自己派系、家族利益，在國內作政治鬥爭消滅反對者，在國際上更是麻煩製造者，自是引起其他國家的反感與戒心。
他說，中國共產黨現在的政權就是如此；先是推動「一帶一路」，用建設別人國家的港口機場、高速公路、高速鐵路為掩護，來消化中國自己生產過多的東西，這些基礎建設會伴隨著用長期貸款、賄賂，干涉他國內政的非法負面效果，現在已經引起東南亞、中亞、南亞地區國家一般人民的反限定商品購買享好康彈。
李登輝說，國力崛起的中國共產黨當然更不會放過台灣；他們用錢來斬斷、封殺中華民國外交，孤立台灣對外的關係，禁止世界各國直接跟台灣有互動交往等的情形亦趨明顯。
李登輝表示，面對這現況，理應大家要團結一致對外。但一些政黨人士竟然常常幫對岸北京講話，並教訓自己的民主政府，天天在電視上稱讚共產威權，將台灣政府批評的一無是處。
李登輝說，「這就是我們台灣迫切的危機；不只不團結，更有人看不起自己的民主制度」，不禁使人開始擔心，在2020年會不會像2008年般，台灣被中國法統再度復辟。
他表示，民主選舉的制度，目的是要讓台灣老百姓來做自己的主人，決定未來，對民主「應該是期待不是期限！」利用民主自由法治觀念來推翻民主，是絕對不能允許的事情。若是台灣任何領導人、政府，放任統獨對立，也是不負責任的行為，應該被唾棄。

李登輝表示，「民主台灣―是我們的驕傲」，他有信心，大家也要有使命感。在國家必須邁向正常化的關鍵時刻，懇請大家唯一支持蔡英文總統，讓蔡總統成功連任，改變現在政治亂象，並勇敢承擔新時代，於第二任期間，邀集朝野對話、凝聚全民共識，啟動憲政改革工程，強化台灣主權獨立的國家地位，以幫助台灣「脫古改新」，創造華人世界民主政治的新典範。（中央社）
NBA總冠軍戰 勇士非贏不可 杜蘭特歸隊 上場不到20分鐘又受傷下場

美國職業籃球NBA總冠軍戰第五戰，目前(10日晚上)正在加拿大多倫多進行。已經退無可退的衛冕軍金州勇士教練柯爾(Steve Kerr)賽前表示，陣中大將杜蘭特(Kevin Durant)確定將歸隊，可惜的是，杜蘭特打到第二節右小腿舊傷再度復發，提前退場。目前比賽完成前兩節，金州勇士隊暫時以62：56暫時領先。超級球星柯瑞(Stephen Curry)拿下全隊最高分23分。
7戰4勝制的NBA總冠軍賽打完前4場後，多倫多暴龍隊以3勝1敗領先尋求三連霸、5年內第四冠的勇士隊。暴龍隊已經取得聽牌優勢，只要再拿下一勝，就能摘下成立24年來的第一冠，也將寫下首度由非美國本土球隊贏得NBA總冠軍的歷史。
今年衛冕的勇士隊之所以打得如此辛苦，主因為杜蘭特是勇士2017、2018年連續兩年封王的最大功臣，也連兩年獲選總冠軍賽最有價值球員(MVP)。但他在今年季後賽第二輪對上休士頓火箭的比賽傷到右小腿，至今已休養1個月，總冠軍戰前4戰缺陣。
杜蘭特本季季後賽場均得分34.2分、5.2籃板及4.9助攻，投籃命中率51.3%，其中得分是本季季後賽所有選手中最高。
勇士期待杜蘭特的回歸，能夠幫助球隊力挽狂瀾。不過，翻開NBA歷史，史上僅有一次總冠軍賽1比3落後時逆轉，就是2016年的克里夫蘭騎士隊。勇士想挑戰三連霸，凶多吉少。

到府體驗！ 高價吸塵器遭控「太吵、無法退款」
藝人吳宗憲代言的吸塵器，知名度相當高，一台價格7至8萬元，但近期有幾名消費者出面控訴，認為使用的聲音太大聲，加上效果不如預期，想退費卻退不了，或是業者要求收取違約金，對此吳宗憲回應，吸塵器在新加坡賣了10幾年，不曾遇過類似情況，並指出如果消費者認為產品有問題，一定能退費。
按下開關，耳邊傳來，吸塵器發出的聲響，這台吸塵器遭多名消費者控訴，當初業者主打，免費到府清除塵蟎，但有消費者購買後，想退貨卻有困難。
消費者：「現在價位也太高了，不符合他的效果這樣子，所以想要退貨，可是他們就拒絕退貨。
民眾說，當初看準機器有多功能，包含吸塵器、空氣清淨機，也能清除塵蟎，一台約7至8萬元，價格雖高，但強調能免費體驗，加上品牌知名度高，認為品質沒問題，但使用後，發現功能不如預期，不只他，其他名消費者也有相同感受。
消費者：「價格上覺得太貴了，好像也很重又很吵。」
幾名消費者控訴，在7天內想退貨，卻被業者要求收取違約金，或是高額整新費，另外，也有產品是全新未使用，同樣無法退款。
律師李東炫：「在7天之內，不顧任何的理由本季限時折扣活動，不用理由，就可以解決買賣契約。」
律師指出，依照消保法，限時活動產品有7天鑑賞期，而對2019信用卡限時刷卡優惠此，品牌代言人吳宗憲，這麼回應。
藝人吳宗憲：「因為我們的產品銷售10幾年，沒有任何一個機器有問題，或者有任何的申訴，覺得說我們的產品有任何的疑問的話，歡迎退費。」
吳宗憲強調，在新加坡賣了10幾年，不曾遇過類似情況，並指出產品如果有問題，一定能退費，拿出誠意希望化解危機。
