商店街有殭屍？ 日偏鄉拍微電影創話題
日本山形縣一條商店街，受到少子高本周限量商品優惠齡化衝擊，50家店面只剩不到一半在營2019秒購商品業，顯得非常淒涼，為了讓更多人知道商店街面臨的問題，當地商會自行籌款拍攝了16分鐘的微電影，還把電影取名為《殭屍商店街》。
這是最近在網路公開的微電影《殭屍商店街》。
《殭屍商店街》微電影：「什麼？什麼？欸。」
殭屍在光天化日之下逛大街。
《殭屍商店街》微電影：「為什麼這條商店街，只有殭屍啊。」
只是畫面看起來，卻在驚悚中還帶點滄桑。原來這部微電影，竟然是為了宣傳商店街的淒涼。
商店街居民：「大家看了就知道，我們商店街幾乎沒人。」
這條殭屍商店街，位於日本東北山形縣的新庄，原本50家店鋪組成的商店街，如今只剩不到一半還在營業。
日本記者：「這家店面也拉下鐵門，它的隔壁，還有隔壁，也都是大門深鎖。」
日本記者：「請看看，就活動搶便宜是這個，出現在電影裡的乾洗店。」
微電影中出現的乾洗店，在現實生活中，招牌已經斑駁，看起來更加衰敗。這部微電影就是商店街居民，為了挽救危機，自行拍攝的。
商店街居民：「連人都不來，至少也讓殭屍出來走走吧的感覺，找殭屍來。」
為了省錢，導演還是商店街的主委自己充當，演員則是當地高中生，只花了20萬日圓製作費，用一個月拍攝完成。這部微電影上架後，已經吸引兩萬多人觀看。用殭屍做宣傳，這是日本偏鄉想活下去渴望。

台是索國第4大援助國 2011至2017年約33億元
索羅門群島內閣會議決議與台灣斷交後，台灣主動宣布終止邦交，撤回對索國援助。澳洲智庫研究，台灣是索國第4大援助國，2011年至2017年間，共援助約新台幣33億元。
台索16日斷交，澳洲智庫外交政策智庫羅伊國際政策研究院（Lowy Institute）太平洋島嶼計畫主任普賴克（Jonathan Pryke）翌日在推特貼文，用圖表說明索國接受外援的狀況。他表示，智庫19日將發表最新的找折扣報告。
根據普賴克的數據，在2011年至2017年間，台灣提供索國的援助款約1億550萬美元（約新台幣32億9500萬元），占5.84%。索國在這期間獲得18億680萬美元的援助款。
澳洲向來是索國最大的援助國，羅伊國際政策研究院的資料顯示，這段期間有63.18％的援助款來自澳洲，紐西蘭占9％、日本占6.76%，再其次則是台灣。
資料顯示，索國其餘的援助款來自亞洲開發銀行（Asian Development Bank）、世界銀行（World Bank）、歐盟、聯合國以及全球環保基金會（Global Environment Facility）等國際組織。
根據索國總理府在社群網站的民調，索國民眾有8成支持台索邦交。索國總理蘇嘉瓦瑞（Manasseh Sogavare）的決定引起民眾不滿。索國人口最多的馬萊塔省（Malaita）17日有民眾上街抗議，表達對台灣的支持。
索羅門星報（Solomon Star）今天報導，力挺台灣的馬萊塔省省長蘇達尼（Daniel Suidani）也參與抗議。他說，台灣提供給索國的是發展援助款，索國無需償還。
根據羅伊國際政策研究院的資料，索國在2011年至2017年間獲得的援助款，平均每年約2億美元至3億美元。而外媒報導，中國提出爭取索國邦交的資金是5億美元。外交部長吳釗燮日前表示，這個數額和外交部掌握的情資一致。
蘇達尼指出，中國將提供給索國精典限量的，是雙邊的發展貸款，如同中國給索國鄰邦斐濟、萬那杜、巴布亞紐幾內亞等國的資金，索國有義務依照國際法償還。
近年來斐濟、萬那杜、巴布亞紐幾內亞等太熱門商家平洋島國都因無力償還中國的貸款，而背負高額負債，陷入「債務陷阱」，對中國高度依賴，也被迫必須接受中國的要求。
蘇達尼說，如果索國像這些鄰邦一樣無法償還中國債務，「中國可能會接管我們國家，直到我們能還清為止」。
蘇達尼指出，索國有足夠的援助款，但索國獨立41年來，政府的領導人都無法善用援助款，促進國家的發展，如果發展貸款被貪污，索國一定會陷入嚴重的負債。（中央社）
